Shipping & Delivery

At How-markets we dispatch all items within 3days of receiving your order. We ship to most countries worldwide, for all local, national and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. How-markets rely on Third Party shipping and courier companies to facilitate our customer deliveries to their desired place, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All orders will take approximately 3 business days to process while some may be delivered within 24hrs. Some delivery within the United Kingdom may take approximately 14days to process, while international delivery takes approximately 21days to point of destination. Kindly note, that the delivery time will vary during Public holidays or flight disruptions.
We are not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfer from Sellers to the local carrier in your area or country. Or in case of air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.
How-market does not take responsibility if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect delivery details. Ensure you give the correct shipping details from the point of order to when checking out. If you later detect error in your shipping details you may contact us by email at support@how-market.com as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects except in used items, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7days of receiving the goods. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to our Admin at support@how-markets.com. If the case is deemed valid, How-markets will deliver a replacement at no extra cost to the buyer.
However, after 7 days of receiving the goods, buyers can no longer request for a replacement for any reason whatsoever.

Amendment to ordered items

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24hours of making their purchases and before the orders are shipped. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after completion of their purchases.
Buyers are strongly advised to take extra care when making their choice of items, as they are not allowed to cancel their purchases after their orders are confirmed and fulfilled.
